In order to start the facilitator training, students must complete the prerequisite process which is the equivalent of 5 days. This can be done through attending workshops run by IFEAL Q (see below) or IFEAL Q Faculty members, and can also include individual EFHD sessions with an IFEAL Q Faculty member. This gives students experience to draw on in their training, a chance for the faculty to meet and assess the student’s suitability for the course and to act as a personal development opportunity for the student.
To find out more about the prerequisite process, IFEAL offers all prospective students a telephone or Skype consultation to check suitability of courses, discuss specific needs and address any questions. Please Contact Us to arrange your consultation.
IFEAL Equine Facilitated Human Development (EFHD) workshops blend cutting edge psychological human behaviour change principles with experiential learning experiences with horses.
The IFEAL workshops cover a range of topics to suit different client needs and interests. All our programmes include experiential opportunities with the horses that engage our innate abilities to use the body as a tool for self knowledge and perception.
We tailor our programmes to suit every individual’s specific area of interest or need. A bespoke consultation service is offered to all enquiries. Extended programme options, that include individual coaching sessions, are available with every workshop.
