Jenny has always had an interest in psychology and after graduating with a Degree in the subject, decided to see how this could be applied to help people. This led her onto training with IFEAL Q in Equine Facilitated Human Development and also Psychotherapeutic Counselling; which joined her lifelong love of horses with human psychology.
As well as her work with IFEAL Qualifications Ltd, Jenny runs a private practice (since 2015), Integrated Psychotherapeutic Solutions, where she provides Counselling, Psychotherapy, Equine Therapy and Hypnotherapy for those looking for support to overcome a wide range of emotional, social and mental health issues, offering a range of different therapies to suit the individual and their needs. In the past, Jenny also worked as a counsellor, assessor and group facilitator with Catalyst, a Surrey based addictions charity (2014-2017).
Jenny is passionate about helping people to reach their potential and likes to work responsively with people, adapting the process to their individual needs and preferences and has trained in different approaches in order to do this.
In addition to her psychotherapeutic work, Jenny is a qualified groundwork instructor and offers Horsemanship Training and Consultations through Integrated Horsemanship Solutions. Jenny has always had horses in her life and currently has two horses. Jenny aspires to work with, keep and teach others to be with horses in a way that is best for both the horse and the person. Her aim is to help others build a better relationship with their horses, improving their communication and connection.
